- Everything was fine until move in date when they dip and dodged me all day after I scheduled the free moving truck. Never received a phone call explaining why they randomly shut down from 12pm-6pm or apologized for the unconvinced they caused. So I had to rent my own moving truck and find my own unit. Two days after they sent me a late fee because I did not pay my move in balance. What a joke. If Trisha isn't working, you minus well leave and come back another time.

- Great staff, facility, etc... Only issue is that the office is often closed while staff is out and they lock-up the dollies so you can's use them if you happen to get there when office is locked. Would be great if they left those behind the locked area of the storage facility and trusted people to use and return them.

- I needed to move out of a storage facility where I had been a tenant for 40 years because the property had been sold and an office building will be constructed there. While that facility had been quite adequate for my purposes, it clearly could not compare to the Richmond Security Public Storage facility. Everything at the latter is far better and first-rate: location, construction, management, security, maintenance, etc. Although I did not want to make this move, I could not be happier to have done so.
