- The staff is friendly, helpful, and courteous. Hours to access the storage units are plentiful. However, at the time of my rental commencement the security fence was not working properly, almost all night lighting was unacceptably inoperable, carts were sparsely found (was told most of them were stolen, and management was not sure when replacements will come while leaving me to use 1 of 2), elevators are small compared to other storage facilities (it's not a freight elevator), only 2 parking spaces are allocated for loading while others are apparently rented (this created an awkward situation when 3 parties needed space), one of the primary entrances has a large lip making carts difficult to utilize, etc. District or area management seems lackadaisical to the facility's dire safety needs.

- I had a great time visiting this Extra Space Storage for the first time. The staff were hilarious and very welcoming. I felt like a part of the family almost immediately. The storage unit itself was clean and the door worked smoothly and closed properly. I also like the app. It’s really convenient to be able to get the gate code or pay my bill that way, rather than having to go in or sign in every time I go to their website. The two things I don’t really care for are as follows; I’m not a fan of the gate locking us in at 10:00pm (at least that’s what we were told), it makes for a very stressful time trying to get unloaded when you feel like an axe is hanging over your head. Next is the cost of the insurance on the unit. My unit costs about $45.00/month, but the insurance is around $35.00/month. It’s nearly the same price as the entire unit! Too pricey for sure.

- Had a great first time in never finding this facility. I was lost and frustrated in trying to discover this place. Yet all was good I found it. As I waited The person at the desk was very polite and made my reservation quite perfect and mellowing. I am satisfied and very happy to have been accomidated by the staff to a unit of my need. - I've had several public storage units in the past and this is the best customer service I have ever had. Cliff was really really helpful and had excellent advice regarding the type of storage unit and etc. He spent a lot of time making sure i understood everything. He never too pushy or didn't make me feel rushed. I had only came in there to get information and look at some pricing. I didn't even purchase a storage that day but he still have excellent service! Would definitely come back in the future.
