- I needed to move out of a storage facility where I had been a tenant for 40 years because the property had been sold and an office building will be constructed there. While that facility had been quite adequate for my purposes, it clearly could not compare to the Richmond Security Public Storage facility. Everything at the latter is far better and first-rate: location, construction, management, security, maintenance, etc. Although I did not want to make this move, I could not be happier to have done so.

- Everything was fine until move in date when they dip and dodged me all day after I scheduled the free moving truck. Never received a phone call explaining why they randomly shut down from 12pm-6pm or apologized for the unconvinced they caused. So I had to rent my own moving truck and find my own unit. Two days after they sent me a late fee because I did not pay my move in balance. What a joke. If Trisha isn't working, you minus well leave and come back another time.

- I had a great time visiting this Extra Space Storage for the first time. The staff were hilarious and very welcoming. I felt like a part of the family almost immediately. The storage unit itself was clean and the door worked smoothly and closed properly. I also like the app. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s really convenient to be able to get the gate code or pay my bill that way, rather than having to go in or sign in every time I go to their website. The two things I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t really care for are as follows; Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m not a fan of the gate locking us in at 10:00pm (at least thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s what we were told), it makes for a very stressful time trying to get unloaded when you feel like an axe is hanging over your head. Next is the cost of the insurance on the unit. My unit costs about $45.00/month, but the insurance is around $35.00/month. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s nearly the same price as the entire unit! Too pricey for sure.

The person that helped me over the phone Mark in LA he was much more clear and helpful than most people in San rafael. So,I made the reservation and appoint to see this place. Once I arrived and Markisha welcomed me and immediately showed me the unit, but she also showed me other alternatives to helped me. Actually, this is the first time that someone help me, since in the past they never give me options and if any availability usually is more money.they have elevator, great location fast and efficient to get your unit, nice gate access and parking. With Markisha's smile and efficiency. I put my boxes in my new unit and went home happy. What else can you ask for?
