While that facility had been quite adequate for my purposes, it clearly could not compare to the Richmond Security Public Storage facility. Everything at the latter is far better and first-rate: location, construction, management, security, maintenance, etc. Although I did not want to make this move, I could not be happier to have done so.

But the assistance of the people at poblic storage let me know that not all this has a to be gloom and doom i have my valuable safe and secure with in multiple locked area with round the clock presents for assistance and security i know when got to retrieve my belongings they will all be there and with the added insurance policy that is smartly place mandatory i can rest at ease and deal with the important issues at hand very pleased and id recommend if you have to store things or are in need of extra space use public storage

- The customer service is wonderful. Shasta had a smile on her face from the time I walked into the office. She was genuine and helpful and offered to get help from the district mgr for me when I had a problem getting into my unit, even though his next scheduled time there would not be for another several days. The manager was also extremely accommodating by rearranging his schedule for me. Good customer service is rare and it was a pleasure interacting with these people. The facility is clean and easily accessed.
