- While I adore the manager Stacey, her professionalism and the ease of renting there, I did not care at all for the man who works there. The one who said he wouldn't give me the cart unless I gave him my driver's license. He did not specify that he'd be keeping it in his hand while also holding a clip board and papers and showing the property to potential renters. I find this unprofessional with such an important piece of identification. After all, you already have everything in my file short of my fingerprints and my first born child. I was also right in front near the gate in full view of the office. When he said "I need to see your ID" I thought he meant he would write down my CDL# and hand it back. When I asked him where he was going with it, he said he couldn't let me have the cart if I didn't let him keep it. A little bit more professionalism please! A very disappointing incident!

- My husband just passed and I found myself having to move, I wasn't having a good day by a long shot. I walked into the store on Dam Road and was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcoming atmosphere that I received from the young lady who said she was the Manager of the store. This young lady was personable, extremely knowledgeable, a young lady with a sense of humor. Mind you that this young lady didn't know what I was going through nevertheless she treated me like family. She even helped me take all the items that I purchased to my car. It was extremely refreshing a true pleasure interacting with this young lady. I'm telling all my family about her in hopes to throw business her way. So please keep her you would be crazy to do anything less.
