How Does Moverscorp.com work?

Search for Movers by entering your zip code and your desired moving day in the Search Box. Compare the Movers and place an order. You may place an order directly through the website or by giving us a call.

As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email from Moverscorp.com including the Mover's contact information. In addition, the requested Mover will contact you within 24 hours of placing the order.

How soon do I need to schedule my move?

Reservation is based on availability. In order to ensure the desired day, place your order as soon as possible. Usually, the weekends and the end of the month are peak times in the moving industry.

What is your privacy policy?

Your customer information is protected and secure. We take every precaution to ensure the safety of your personal information. We do not sell or trade your personal information; we only provide your contact information to the contracted Mover. Please refer to our complete privacy policy.


Questions about Movers and Services

Are service providers licensed and insured?

Some providers are, and some providers are not. Please check the Movers' profiles for insurance and licensing information. Full-Service Movers(with a truck) are licensed, and they will publish their license information (USDOT#) in their profile. Moving labor providers (service with no truck) are not required to be licensed to load and unload trucks.

Are Movers employees of Moverscorp.com?

No, they are not. They are moving service providers in their areas.

What services are offered?

Movers at Moverscorp.com provide a wide range of moving services that include taking apart your furniture and wrapping your furniture and appliances at your original address, transporting the goods to the destination, unloading and reassembling furniture at the new location (local moves only).

What type of equipment do Movers provide?


Usually, the hourly rate includes a moving truck, moving blankets, dollies, bungee cords, straps, and tools for disassembling and assembling your furniture. For more accurate information, please refer to Movers' profiles.

Do you service my area?

There are available Movers in most areas. For a specific area, simply enter your zip code to find Movers.

Do Movers work on weekends and holidays?

In most areas they do. Just enter your zip code and desired moving day to find available Movers.

Is there anything that Movers will not move?

There are some items Movers do not transport such as jewelry, cash, hazardous materials, and firearms because of existing rules and regulations. Do movers assemble and disassemble furniture?

Do Movers hook and unhook appliances?

Movers will handle the major appliances' transportation, but usually, you need to hook/unhook your household appliances for the move. Under State laws, most Movers are not allowed to interfere with gas appliances. For more information refer to Preparing and Moving Appliances

Is there any minimum time requirement?

Some Movers may require minimum hours of service. For more accurate information please check Movers' profiles.

What about if the move requires more time than I requested?

The Mover will stay until the job is done.

When and how do I pay for my requested service?

Movers are paid directly upon completion of the service. The full payment is due upon completion of the service. Movers list the types of payments they accept in their profile. Note some movers may require a credit card deposit.

What if the Mover accepts my order but does not show up?

We'll do our best to find other movers in your area or issue a full refund.

What happens if my household belongings are damaged during the move?

Any possible damages should be worked out directly with the Mover. The basic liability coverage is usually included in the hourly rate; it may vary from 40-70 cents per pound per article, depending on the State regulations. Can I make changes to my order?

Yes. If for some reason you need to make any changes to your order, please contact directly your Mover and discuss all further details.

Can I cancel my order?
