It was , so we went back to the office, signed the paperwork and paid my money. It has to be an inside job because they went through everything.They not only to tvs..computer..microwave air fryer but they took an iron brand new suite cases towels toliet paper rugs but they took the most dear thing to my heart my portraits of my kids no thief takes that kind of stuff. - Hi, I want to leave a review for Nina the manager at gate Parkway facility. Nina is the best manager that I have had since I’ve been renting storage units. She’s very passionate very caring and she knows her business. She is very helpful and she makes the customers feel at home. She surely made me feel at home I will always remember the first time I met her. It was like we were meant to be here at this facility, I left Atlantic Storage down the street because of the mess that was presented to me when I was a customer there no customer service at all with the area manager. I was there for years since 2015 and there was really not a good experience after the first manager left that was really nice and very professional as I say, Nina is one of the most professionalism managers that I have encountered since I’ve been renting storage units. I hope she will always be here until I leave the units that I have with the property. I give Nina so many ? because she deserves them. Thank you for letting me leave a review.

- On-site staff is friendly and helpful. Walked me through the storage I booked on line. All renter has unique access code under his/her name in a security gate that being kept closed. There is no night time access after 9:00 pm so no need to worry your property get stolen when the on-site staff hours off. Happy to find a right place for my camping van.
