Public Storage is close to my house and the price was reasonable, except for the insurance. $11 a month for insurance is kind of pricey and, in my case, pretty much unnecessary. Insurance should be my choice. If I opt out and something happens, its on me, not Public Storage.

- This morning , after speaking with the phone service representative that serves most of the Jacksonville Storage Rental businesses, my reservation request was promptly responded by the actual company , the Mini Storage Manager, Melanie. ( FYI- The reservation is transferred to the local business, after youﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve gone over the initial call to the service provider, which is not located in Jacksonville.) I was pleasantly surprised because I had received an e-mail from the service company indicating my reservation was cancelled , that I had only moments prior made. At any rate, after talking to Melanie, who had called me to confirm the reservation. I made a trip to visit this Mini Storage. She explained that she did have my reservation and was able to give me a tour, discuss the rates and hours, and show me my spot. I was delighted by the service, and the value for my Storage. Mini Storage , is conveniently located, place is very large, clean, organized and appears safe and secure . I would recommend using their facility.

- I really like my unit it is clean and easy to use. I really like the staff they are courteous and competant. I like the 6 am to 9 pm gate hours. The only thing that would make this service even better is some of us receive our money on the third of the month instead of the second so it would be helpful if this date was switched to enable most of us to use autopay.

- Office staff, cleanliness, ease of access were all top notch. Only draw back is the angle of the elevator makes very difficult to maneuver any large furniture or other items. Dollies available for use. The angle of getting from the outside double doors to the elevator is ridiculous!
