I'm not familiar with the Jacksonville area, and although I used there reservation option on line through there website, I unfortunately went to the wrong location. So even though I was able to make it there ruffly around closing hours (5:53 p.m.)I was still taken care of respectfully are professionally, (considering running slightly over closing time due to my lack of direction and time management)!

- I needed this storage unit on a Monday and I called on a Saturday. The host answered my call and all of my questions kindly and professionally. I swung by that same day and received a tour of the facilities. They were clean and brightly lit. There was evidence of security cameras everywhere and coded doorways. The loading dock is at ground level, so it's fairly easy to move in and out. The price reflects the newness and quality of the facility.
