Review: This morning , after speaking with the phone service representative that serves most of the Jacksonville Storage Rental businesses, my reservation request was promptly responded by the actual company , the Mini Storage Manager, Melanie. ( FYI- The reservation is transferred to the local business, after you’ve gone over the initial call to the service provider, which is not located in Jacksonville.) I was pleasantly surprised because I had received an e-mail from the service company indicating my reservation was cancelled , that I had only moments prior made. At any rate, after talking to Melanie, who had called me to confirm the reservation. I made a trip to visit this Mini Storage. She explained that she did have my reservation and was able to give me a tour, discuss the rates and hours, and show me my spot. I was delighted by the service, and the value for my Storage. Mini Storage , is conveniently located, place is very large, clean, organized and appears safe and secure . I would recommend using their facility.

Review: I needed this storage unit on a Monday and I called on a Saturday. The host answered my call and all of my questions kindly and professionally. I swung by that same day and received a tour of the facilities. They were clean and brightly lit. There was evidence of security cameras everywhere and coded doorways. The loading dock is at ground level, so it's fairly easy to move in and out. The price reflects the newness and quality of the facility.

Review: The storage unit is nice an clean besides they just opened the business but Mrs. Melanie the site manager had wonderful customer service. Their units are also affordable. The best thing I like about Discount Mini Storage is instead of prorating half of the when u move in the storage your payment is due on the same day each month when you rent the storage. Instead of always on the 1st.
