- Everything is great! I’d wish they had the out gate with a key pad & etc where you could come in or out for easier backing of RV’s into parking areas (this is big problem for some). The 15 amp electric is very nice for keeping batteries etc going, but more power would be nice to keep AC going to hold down heat and moisture even if it was metered (as long as they didn’t go crazy with charges). I’m a Landlord of commercial properties and had my RV there (OUTSIDE) on FPL meter and with both AC’s set at higher temps my bill was usually under 40.00! Under cover should be less. Great Clean Place!!

- I wouldn’t but only because I didn’t like the way it went down The man on the phone didn’t tell me you only get it at 49$ a month if you pay 4 months in advance And didn’t tell me the free month is only if you agree to pay 80+ a month I wish I would’ve agreed to the 80$+ and a free month since I won’t need it but 2 months. But that’s still 140$ for 2 months It’s a lose lose on the advertising I didn’t know at the time, but either way , I was told total price 78$ to get started with the first month and 49$ a month after. It turned out to be 115$ to get started and 65$ every month. I had to take it, so there’s that Final
