- Management staff were knowledgeable and very helpful. The unit I reserved online needed repairs and could not be rented, so they gave. me a larger unit at the same monthly rate. Very fair and helpful. My only issue was that on the day that i moved my stuff to the unit, it had leaves & debris inside. I borrowed a broom and swept it out. I was told that the unit had been cleaned, but I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t think it had been swept out. Otherwise, as a first time storage unit renter, my experience at Devin was a positive one.
