Review: I visited the unit for the first time and the guy (forgot his name) was very kind and informative. Some reps take offense when you question things in the contract but the guy (wish I could remember his name) was very kind and answered all my questions. So I hope they keep up the good work. Oh, and they also do great follow up. They reminded me my first payment was late with a friendly reminder (which was great because I had forgot in the midst of the move) . And they called shortly after I moved in to make sure all was well. I appreciate that! So again, keep up the good work Public Storage!
