- Using this storage facility is ok. It took me and my family 30 minutes to get access to our storage unit. We had to call to other locations just to get help. There wasn’t anyone at the facility, because she said she was doing auctions. One of the elevators didn’t work. So it was very difficult sharing the only one that went to the 3rd floor. We thought we were stuck in it at one time. Then when the customer service agent then return she said” Oh ya the elevator been broken”. . Why not put a note on it. I understand about security, but why do you have to put your code in so much. No one wants to put it in to get inside the gate, at the door , at the elevator…it’s just too much. And if the promotion is $1 for the 1st month. Why am I’m being charged on the 1st from what the agent said for whatever days are left in June. June payment shouldn’t be so until 30 days not 1 week.
