- Overall happy and everything worked out. However, they need better communication from the start. I called before I reserved the first unit to ensure it existed and was what I wanted. It was the day before I was supposed to move in that I received a call that unit never existed. I was also told by the manager that even though a unit was reserved online they couldn't promise it would be there at the online price when I got there if I didn't pay online. There was no option to pay and the manager couldn't help. Customer service was very helpful and I was able to secure the unit, but it was much smaller that I originally reserved.
