- The manager was very helpful, answered all of my questions and then some. Seems to like the 'personal touch' in communication, rather than the more common approach today, with technology. I love computers, but some things are best said in the spoken word. It is immaculate here, compared to other storage that I have seen. I love the locks here, they seem safer than what I last used which was not safe, had my storage broken into several times! The thieves even changed my lock! I feel this Storage is much safer.

- I felt a little pressure to hurry up and finish even though there wasn't anybody waiting. I was trying to prove I had insurance to avoid a monthly insurance charge I didn't want to pay, and they kept trying to get me to just deal with it later. It didn't feel right. Still, they were friendly enough, good prices, good security, and nice facility.
