- Your website lists hours when the place is open but two employees take lunch at the same time, so it's close and service is completely unavailable during that time. Also, you don't tell a customer til they get there that they have to buy your locks and that there are many hidden fees. The people working there were helpful and nice, but these business practices of yours are just not good.

- The facility was new, clean, and accessible, and offers good hours. However, I was given two smaller units as opposed to the one larger unit I reserved, which was a bit disappointing. This also required me to purchase two smaller locks, instead of one. The lock and insurance fees were previously undisclosed which was also a bit misleading. Overall, a good experience though.

- The facility was very clean and the rental process was quick and efficient. Lane checked me in and took me around the property. Everything was properly explained, The temperature in the climate controlled unit was a constant 78-79 degrees on multiple days, when it was 95-100 degrees outside. My initial experience with Public Storage has been very good so far.
