- I have been renting a unit at one of the Public Storage locations for over 4 years. I needed to rent another unit, so chose the same location. The reservation process was smooth and the employee (Yesenia) was great. My only complaint is about the cost of the unit. Apparently Public Storage doesn't offer any kind of discount for renting a second unit (seems like they would reward repeat or continued business). And I'm not even eligible for the promotional offer of half-off the first month's rent. I thought about taking my business elsewhere, but the convenience outweighed my disappointment (at least for now).

- Made reservations online for 6x10 climate controlled storage unit. Confirmation came very quickly with additional reminders up to and including move in date (about 3 weeks total). Unfortunately, upon arrival for check in, was informed unit reserved was not available. Larger was available but I opted for smaller, non climate controlled unit. Check in process was very smooth. Just disappointed in the reservation system.

- Self-storage is pretty straight forward, but it definitely helps when staff go above and beyond just setting you up. The facility is climate controlled, the unit was easy to find and fit my needs. If you have all your info, the rent-now feature was quickly done upon suggestion from a staff member who sent me a link and it took less than 15 minutes. The facility is secure and they have carts to help you load your stuff in or out of the facility. The carts were easy to use and maneuvered well. Highly recommend this facility
