- This is a bitter-sweet review, I reserved a 12.5x40 covered outdoor rv unit for my 40ft. RV. Did everything online as they do make it nice and easy to setup and reserve online. Maybe it was partially my fault for not paying the facility a visit beforehand, but I felt very confident that our reserved spot was just what we needed being I rented a spot for an "RV". Upon our arrival with our RV we drove up to the unit and quickly noticed the 12x40 unit only had 8ft. ceilings. Obviously, this was not going to work so I quickly called the locations phone number to be told they have zero units available with higher ceilings. At this point I'm stuck with nowhere to park my rv. The person on the phone obviously didn't know the difference between an RV and a Camper Trailer which was frustrating trying explain why it won't fit. I asked about availability at their other Square Box Location less than two miles from this location and she argued that they only have one location in that area which infuriated me. After hanging up, calming down, and calling back, they were finally able to find me an uncovered parking spot (for more money). Point of this review, those looking for a facility for their RV, please call and verify dimensions regardless of what is says you're getting online so you're not stuck in the same situation as me.

- No one was in the office on Saturday to help give any instruction on getting into the unit nor how to use the access code, had to get help from another tenant on using the access code. I did not know that I was just supposed to pop off the seal and open the unit. If no one is in the office how is a tenant supposed to get help if needed. I thought about cancelling my rental and moving to another storage facility but husband talked me out of it.
