- No one was in the office on Saturday to help give any instruction on getting into the unit nor how to use the access code, had to get help from another tenant on using the access code. I did not know that I was just supposed to pop off the seal and open the unit. If no one is in the office how is a tenant supposed to get help if needed. I thought about cancelling my rental and moving to another storage facility but husband talked me out of it.

- This Cubesmart didn't recognize my reservation (through Sparefoot) and problems getting the gate to open. Both were blamed on computer problems. Thank the Lord it wasn't after hours or who knows if I would have gained access. Maybe get a new computer?! Next, I had to purchase their insurance on my trailer even though I already have coverage through my auto policy. To cancel future insurance charges, sending my insurances declarations page to an email address declining future Cubesmart coverage is now another inconvenience

Researched A LOT and, with the help of James at Spare Foot (who was not only extremely helpful to this first-time-storage-unit-renter but also a joy to work with!) , I found this location and unit to be the best combination of price, security for my stuff, safety for me (coming and going by myself), and quality amenities. Valerie (on site) was also very knowledgeable and efficient - and just a really nice lady, too!
