- This location has great rates. I don't like that the carts are only available during office hours but I understand people may steal them if they are left out. I also don't like the fact that you have to pay insurance but it is what it is. The elevators can be a bit annoying, having to put a code in each time, but I do see that can help with the security of the place. Overall I am pleased with this storage facility.

- I was really worried the day I tried to move into the facility, because my unit is on the second floor and the elevator broke. But the office management staff were great at keeping me posted on its repair and assuring me that this isn't a regular occurrence. The facility is clean, well-lit and they have carts to help you move things from the main door to your unit (if, like me, your unit isn't where you can drive up to it).

- This new facility was clean and organized. Fast elevators and there were always pallets available. Customer service was wonderful, Majorie very sweet and helpful. Only downside was that you have to input your entire access code into the elevator to be allowed access to your floor, which can be difficult if you are trying to support the things you’re moving. But it makes sure the facility is secure, so I understand.
