- The cleanliness is great. The keypad to enter the facility needs to have a separate kiosk so that customers can't park right in front of it and prevent a secure code entering experience. A group of 3 people were parked in front of it talking on the phone that could have easily been just sitting there watching to catch the code of others entering the building. Another day a woman was parked right in front of the keypad organizing her things unaware of her surroundings. I feel like this is the most frustrating aspect of the experience. Who knows if my code has already been compromised that could have easily been prevented by a couple of walls or additional poles in place to prevent parking in the immediate vicinity. Another thing that is questionable is the "climate controlled" feature. I consider humidity to be part of humidity control yet this place does not.

- Between leases. Wanted location close to both apartments. Price was major factor. This was good price for the area. They need to replace the entry keypad because it is impossible to read the keys. Just annoying. I like the new lock system for security but did feel like the mandatory purchase and pricing was too high. For my short term purposes I would have been happier to just use my own lock that I paid a lot for in the past. Now it's obsolete. Tommie was nice, professional and helpful. Good sense of humor. :)

- No one was in the office on Saturday to help give any instruction on getting into the unit nor how to use the access code, had to get help from another tenant on using the access code. I did not know that I was just supposed to pop off the seal and open the unit. If no one is in the office how is a tenant supposed to get help if needed. I thought about cancelling my rental and moving to another storage facility but husband talked me out of it.

- We recently rented a storage unit at Public Storage, located along I-35 in Austin, TX. We received great help from Angela, as she helped us find the unit that would fit our needs. This is an older facility, but the units were in good shape, and they offered larger sized units than other facilities in the area. Our only trouble was trying to get a 26' U-haul truck to our unit location. The paved roadways can be narrow in some spots, but only for a truck this size; regular vehicles will have no problem navigating around the facility. We considered this our best choice for storage in this part of Austin.
