- Took three reservations and attempts before ExtraSpace Hutto could “find” the reservation and help me finish it up over the phone. Instead, whoever answered the phone offered the same space for about two to three times the price. I never figured out if this was an attempt to not honor the incredible price, or if the third party aggregator didn’t transmit the contract properly…. HOWEVER, the third time I tried to close the deal Adonis answered the phone. He DID find the reservation. We finished up the details and I e-signed within an hour. Put my lock in place that same day! Never a discussion about the price being anything different than what my reservation said….so refreshing. When I arrived the place was spotlessly clean. Wandering around inside every light lit up as it should. Everything looked to be in excellent condition.

The first place didn't have exactly the unit I wanted so they helped me find another available unit nearby within my budget. The second location was exactly what i was looking for and the signup process was a breeze. I don't think I'll need storage much in my future, but if I do, I will definitely return to Public Storage. - Just emptied my storage and moved out of town. I kind of wished I would have kept a unit here just to be able to say hi to Tommie every coupla weeks. He is a breath of fresh air when it comes to doing business as well as being personable. The world needs more people like him and the corporate world would not seem as cold as it does if they modeled their staff after Tommie. Was a pleasure to communicate with him and I am in awe of his professional nature.

- I really enjoyed the easy to use directions they have of the facility, so their customers are able to locate their storage unit with ease. The whole cleanliness of the storage facility from the entrance to the bathroom and to the storage units is superb. And the security footage to ensure the safety and security of the facility itself is comforting knowing my belongings will be safe and if not security footage will tell otherwise.

- No one was in the office on Saturday to help give any instruction on getting into the unit nor how to use the access code, had to get help from another tenant on using the access code. I did not know that I was just supposed to pop off the seal and open the unit. If no one is in the office how is a tenant supposed to get help if needed. I thought about cancelling my rental and moving to another storage facility but husband talked me out of it.

- Bad for business to call and quote a price twice as much as stated on the reservation. Also tried to push me into renting TODAY when my reservation was CLEARLY for a later (2 weeks) away. Plus it's advertised as 1st month free. Nope. Another lie. Why is it so hard to find a trustworthy company these days. I canceled my reservation because what other sneaky traps do they have planned.
