- The employees at this location are great! Very helpful and friendly. The location is very convenient and clean inside. Their safety measure are great with requiring codes through all the doors and elevators.

- Clerk was a little rude when attempting to take a tour of the unit, my husband forgot his mask and was told he could not enter the facility which is understandable but when entering the facility there were other unit renters walking about without masks. Unit is very clean, I would recommend a few extra dollies, had to wait 30 mins before one became available.

- The time spent in the facility was awesome! At no time did i feel any type of frustration. Everything was seamless. I ended up having to transfer my storage unit due to needing a bigger unit and they made the process so easy. Everyone on the team was very helpful!!

- My only suggestion would be the closing time of 9:00PM could be extended for people inside the building before 9:00PM. When I am inside the building arranging my stuff in the storage unit, I have to leave at 9:00PM. This leaves little time after a normal work day.

- I wanted to move things into my unit, there was a large truck parked horizontally in the parking lot along with another truck backed into the area in front of the doors; all the carts were filled with the guys things. One of the agents came out to move her car and I mentioned to her that I didn't feel this was right as there was no way for me to get to my unit. She said she could try talking to them but after all it was first come first serve, in a very flippant manner. I don't feel I need to be treated disrespectfully so I moved out the next day to a facility that was happy to have my business. I was about to call and let them know I had moved out when the office called me.

- 1. Your company bugs the crap out of clients with all the contacts and begging for reviews or I would've put more stars. 2. The new Buda Tx facility is hot as hell and humid. I started sweating the minute I walked into the office, all through the facility, until I got outside in the warm Texas day! This does not bode well for climate control and care of my belongings. 3. The builders of this facility have taken over several of the largest units downstairs with building equipment so they aren't available for renting and clients have to haul a house worth of belongings upstairs in an elevator, which costs extra for moving time as well. Stupid. You are losing money! 4. Leave all the upselling and "Must buy" pressuring of customers. It's aggravating. All moves are expensive and we don't need more costs that are really blackmail: must have your locks, and the newest ones, and something to put in the unit to absorb all the moisture!!!! and blankets, boxes, bubble wrap, blah blah blah. ENOUGH. How about being able to rent the unit size I need for a decent rate and leave me alone? There's enough logistics to contend with without this nonsense.

- When, I call to get information on what your storage run, they don't give you the all upfront fees. I don't like being deceived like that. You have to purchase your lock and the insurance. Some people are on a budget. I was not prepared for all the extra fees. I, had my own Storage lock.

- I've used other service for storage and by far this experience outweighs the rest, also it's way less expensive for what I had to get. Omg, it's wild that I ever have any kind of good experience anywhere with my luck. The manager even waited for me almost at closing to slip me in, I was much appreciative. As I work at FEDEX and our schedules are so wild every day. Thank you and I will always use you guys in the future and tell all my family the experience I had.

- A great experience! I was helped by Sarahy, Jen and Kimberly. Three excellent ladies, who know their business very well. They are also very friendly and nice. Thank you all for being Great. The service and the facilities are so nice that, I have now rented a second unit The storage units are first class. They are very clean, well lit, and an excellent video security system is in place. Of course, one of the greatest features is temperature control environment. That cool temp is great when you are moving and its hot outside. Its just a great value all around and your belongings are protected against extreme temperature. Makes me wish I would have moved here a long time ago. Have a wonderful day.

- I went in close to closing time and Kimberly G was patient and very accommodating to my needs. I didn't really know which size I needed and Kimberly quickly assessed my needs and even had a running special for $1 for the first month (who could pass that up?). She was very professional and quickly showed me the difference of sizes, took me up to the unit and within 20 minutes or less, I was back on my way. Thanks Kimberly for your assistance and courteous behavior. I will definitely tell others!
