Flatbeds are available to help moving. This is so convenient especially if you're moving things alone! The facility was clean and doesn't give the creeps! I would definitely recommend.

- No one was in the office on Saturday to help give any instruction on getting into the unit nor how to use the access code, had to get help from another tenant on using the access code. I did not know that I was just supposed to pop off the seal and open the unit. If no one is in the office how is a tenant supposed to get help if needed. I thought about cancelling my rental and moving to another storage facility but husband talked me out of it.
