- We have had a good experience at Public Storage; particularly with Angela, who is the property manager. She took time to realize what our storage needs were, and to find the right unit for us. Public Storage was one local company that had the size of unit we needed to hold all of the items we brought from our out-of-town move. Just two items to be aware of; Public Storage uses their own proprietary locks ($19-$20) for their units, and the alleyways are a bit narrow at this location (we were in a 26' U-haul truck. Normal vehicles should have no problem).

- The storage is nice for the price. I had an indoor unit for 2 years, and it flooded once. Some boxes got wet, but nothing of value was damaged. Other than that, everything else works, has been clean, and I haven't needed help. As with any storage, most depends on who your neighbors are, and who's around when you go, but that has not been a problem for me.

- No one was in the office on Saturday to help give any instruction on getting into the unit nor how to use the access code, had to get help from another tenant on using the access code. I did not know that I was just supposed to pop off the seal and open the unit. If no one is in the office how is a tenant supposed to get help if needed. I thought about cancelling my rental and moving to another storage facility but husband talked me out of it.
