He was very professional and informative of company expectations and made sure I understood contract agreement, nightly gate closures, and personally accompanied me to the unit to inspect and show me how to properly lock the unit after each use. This although seems like nothing to be excited about... is a BIG deal to me, with most employees now days doing bare minimum or distracted with cell phones. I will continue my business here only because the front desk agent Joaquin made my experience so pleasant ??
