- We we were shopping around for a storage unit in the area and came across Lakeline storage. We booked/reserved a unit online and within 10-15 min. Received a phone call to see when we could come in for a tour of the facility. This price was excellent and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend using them if you need to store some stuff. We also used the free truck, which was a huge bonus.

- When my husband and I went to lease our unit my husband was sick. The whole time through out the leasing process the man whom was behind the desk was very sweet and caring continuing to check on my husband whom was over come by the heat. Escorted me to my unit and we talked the whole time I got to learn about him and he learned about us. There was a lot of laughing and smiling from start to finish. - This storage unit is right nearby 2 hotels where there are a lot of homeless people hanging around, and the gate appears to be broken and stuck open. Also, the glass to the front of the office wall has a huge crack in it, it looks like a baseball or something hit it. I got a 10x15 that indicated it was a drive-up, however, I got one that was above-ground, so I had to walk all my storage to my unit up a set of steps. I gave it the amount of stars I did because it was a seamless move in and that’s what was most important to me, as I was needing a storage unit last minute early in the morning.

- Sometimes you pick things because your on a budget. Sometimes you pick things because you want to keep your stuff safe. I came to get the storage only to find out the one I reserved was taken. So I had to pay for a bigger storage. When I get into storage after not knowing where to go when I got back there or how they managed to lay out the numbers for each storage like location. It was dirty inside. Looks like some bandits took out all the screws and replaced them with ones that didn’t have nuts. I would say so it was easy access for the looters to get Back in. If this was my company I would definitely make sure that what I’m renting is up to par. No body likes replacing everything they buy. And no one including business wants to be out of pocket. Never got to see management because I checked in with a kiosk. Shaking my head.

- They were happy to show me different unit sizes before I settled on one. The interior non-climate controlled storage is still somewhat climate controlled, as it's the first floor of the building. So it's a good option if you don't need full climate control down to sub-80 degree temps, but don't want your stuff to cook in the Texas heat like many non-temp controlled places. You pay a bit of a premium for the convenient location, and they REQUIRE insurance which tacks on on some extra money. Their price on the insurance was the same as market rates I saw ($10 per $2k IIRC), so no big deal unless you didn't want your stuff insured. I haven't had a chance to start moving in yet, but it looked like they had a loading dock of sorts on one side for a truck, and then a ground level entrance on the other side.
