- The system of having only one employe makes you sometime wait up to 45 mn before if you need some help. While the closed gates are a great system, the new facility at public storage doesn't have extra security and the electronic doors to access the storages, are broken and it seems that it won't be fixed before a while. When the staff is really nice, I feel the company doesn't really give them the best environment to work.

- I park my vehicle at this Storage for the last 3 months and I didn't see any problems, last week I even asked the property manager Guivy to switch me to another better spot and she did it without a question, she even go out to check on parked vehicles and do some patrol, I haven't used their storage yet because I don't need it right now but definitely I'll use it in future.

- The latch of the storage unit has 2 holes for the locks which i think is secured enough. It should be optional instead of mandatory or becomes the Public Storage Company's policy that every customer has to buy the lock from them. It costs $20 each lock plus tax which doesn't make any sense to me since i'm paying extra for the insurance as well. Other storage places i went to DOES NOT REQUIRE their customers to buy the locks from them in order to rent the place. It's obvious they're making money from selling the locks in their own terms. Public Storage should rectify this so called Company's Policy Rule ASAP. I think it's a totally rip-off from their customers. Other than this, i think the storage price is fair, the place is clean, the facility is easily accessible, & the environment is secured.

- Edited now that I'm not being pressured to deliver a perfect review. Considering you can't expect much in the way of customer service from a storage place, the staff was a little better than okay, but the quickly rising cost of rent made me leave. First floor units get wet during hard rainfall. 3 stars for service, 2 stars for keeping my stuff dry. PROTIP: Need a dolly? Don't don't bother giving them your ID. Half the time they're not even in the office. One of the yellow dollies has a loose bolt, all you have to do is lift up the handle and the dolly is yours. Also: the lady behind the counter was twice as helpful when the tall guy that pressured me to make this review from corporate was behind her. PROTIP 2: Come in when corporate is around.

He was thorough, friendly and ultimately helpful in getting me everything necessary to start renting a unit. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I had the deal as advertised online. His Manager Luciana was right in having Kevin here - Ive been to a few different storage places and people are not usually this helpful.

- The decision to rent storage space has always been stressful for me/us because it's always been accompanied with a major life event requiring us to physically move from a place we consider home to somewhere else. This was the case for us recently, yet again. But a quick online search led us to Public Storage's nearby location. The online experience was seamless. I followed up with a phone call and the customer service was top notch - prompt, efficient, professional, competent and friendly. The sane was true for in-person service. The setup was quick but thorough. The entire process helped to ease the burden of dealing with a sudden change in our living environment.

- This was my first time renting a storage space and I wanted to look at the sizes Elise was irritated did not want to show me anything told me she had to help another customer and just put me aside so I left and I was able to get a call the next day from Dominique from another facility and right up the street because she was helping out she gave me excellent customer service I wished I could have rented from her facility but it was more convenient to stay at the mission Street facility but again I don't know how you allow a employee to be so rude to the customers and I'm not the only one I spoke to some other people that were there complaining so you should either have a talk with her maybe she's only nice to certain people cuz I did see her trying to talking talking to a man and she was nicer than she was to me I was appalled I came home told my husband he was ready to call the facility and do what I don't know but I I was stunned by her behavior thank you for your time
