- I'm giving this a bad review because I did not order my unit online, I went to the store and talk to a customer service representative and remember definitely repeatedly asking if what I was getting was what I needed or requested. Unfortunately I received a smaller unit and because of that had to forfeit my property. I came out a lot of money, was asked to come out of more money to upgrade units, and the furniture need to be stored was worth more then the price of the unit. So I am very upset and unhappy because I lost majority of the things that I need to store.
