- Amazing is the only word that comes to mind when I think of this location. I walked in and was greeted by the most friendly and caring person I have ever met, Natalie. It is hard to find good customer service but you can genuinely tell that she cares about her customers and would go above and beyond for them. I felt comfortable and safe knowing I was trusting this company with my belongings all because of her. She clearly explained everything and answered every single question I had with a smile and an eagerness to help. She was extremely friendly to my son Xavier too he was being somewhat of a handful when we went and Natalie was able to talk to him and joke with him and she had him smiling in seconds. I have to say she sold me on this company and I recommend anyone who needs to store something chooses this company and this location to do so.

They are great ppl to rent from and also when times are hard and things are rough they are very understanding ppl and will work with you in every possible way! I've never felt that my things would be in any way jeopardized n I know my things are safe n secured here at metro mini storage. I would def recommend this facility to anyone anytime!
