- This is overall a very clean facility. Staff is OK. The only issue I have is that the dolly is sparingly available when I come to the unit with boxes or something that needs a dolly.. it is occasionally/never there!!! Also, the ach debits are attempted earlier than the due date. I guess they want to ensure the money is in their bank on due date vs initiating the debit on the 1st. Which is probably borderline questionable to the contract. And may cause issues!!!! If payment is due on the 1st, can they technically attempt to debit your account prior to this date? Something I will look further into.
