- Sincere caring employee behind the front counter (Kenny), and convenient location made Public Storage the place for us. We have had a storage locker there for over 3 years. This year they raised our rates literally 20%. I called to complain and was offered a temporary 3-month price freeze to the former lower rate to allow us time to find a solution for an alternate locker. As it ends up, we could move to a locker of the exact same size at the same Public Storage for half the cost of our existing locker. Just gotta move all our crap! So overall, we are happy with Public Storage

- This is overall a very clean facility. Staff is OK. The only issue I have is that the dolly is sparingly available when I come to the unit with boxes or something that needs a dolly.. it is occasionally/never there!!! Also, the ach debits are attempted earlier than the due date. I guess they want to ensure the money is in their bank on due date vs initiating the debit on the 1st. Which is probably borderline questionable to the contract. And may cause issues!!!! If payment is due on the 1st, can they technically attempt to debit your account prior to this date? Something I will look further into.
