- Office people and facilities are great. Only issues are that they do have a hefty application fee which is odd with the price you pay monthly, and not disclosed until filing out the paperwork, and that they advertise 1 dollar move in first months rent but that only applies to 1 unit and it wont be the one you are renting.. Personally I think if the unit, or units, that qualify for the 1 dollar first months rent are not available they should take down the sings and stop advertising it. Its just a gimmick to get you in the door in most if not all cases, and there are lots of businesses that do it.
