- Tom took us to the container and we inspected it. 20 minutes later we were in our car and the next day we accessed the lot where the container was and very easily emptied our 15 foot truck into the container. We didn't require climate controls and it allowed us to pull up feet from the shipping container. We supplied a lock but the business also had them at a slight discount. I would use this business again, if the need arose.

- I've had a 10x10 unit here on the 2nd floor for over 5 years when it was Bob's Storage. When it became Life Storage,the price increased almost $100 plus $12 each increase for insurance. I'm paying $183 total for a 10x10 right now! Yet I'm seeing units my size available for only $110 now? Wow...make sure you read the lease! I am currently in the process of cleaning mine out and going to a different facitlity. So much for "Customer Appreciation!"

- Getting to my climate controlled first floor unit was super easy. I wasn’t sure what size to get I thought maybe a 10x10. Because I only had a 1 bedroom but having approx 90 totes, boxes and bags I got a 10x20. I could have gotten a 10x10 if I had used large bags but only had indoor trash bags. the gentleman who helped me at the front desk was polite, friendly and informative. If I had a business I’d hire him.
