- Luggage carts were never available, until the day we vacated the unit. And we were once told by a manager "I don't know where the carts are, even I can't find one, maybe they were all stolen". Elevator on our side was broken on the day of move out. In general, elevator doors take time to close, and stairs are not easily accessible. They were waiting for us to leave and I received a notification that my unit was vacated in about 20 minutes of clearing out our stuff, without us intimating them. Overall, great price but for a reason.
