- The process of reserving my unit was very easy and the person I spoke to was very pleasant. Was unable to do paperwork on line because the system was down. I was not told there is no office at this location. Luckily there was a construction worker at the facility and told me where the closest office was to do my paperwork while a very helpful customer service person was on the phone trying to help me also. Eventually after a trip across town I was able to get checked in. The gentleman that checked me in was also very pleasant.
