- The really nice thing about public storage and my experience was how my rep. Made me feel about storing my belongings with Public Storage. His last day is Friday and has been with the company for 4 years. I understand it's not a high-paying job but every now and then companies run into an employee that may be worth keeping or promoting. Unfortunately I don't remember his name but I do know it was a great to see the work ethic when you really didn't need too because his time with the company's up in a few days. Public storage should be very proud.

- The woman who was working at the facility was super helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and could NOT have been better! I think her name was Vonny? I have rented storage units before and this company makes the process smoother and more logical and user friendly. EXCEPT>> I had looked online to see if there were any units available. I showed up at the facility and was told I needed to go home to reserve the unit online. Luckily I live close, but there was a part of me that wanted to just go somewhere else. I was told I couldn't do this at the facility. SUPER ANNOYING. I did it anyway and was glad I did because this is the closest facility to my house. The highlight of the whole experience was Vonny. She's a keeper!
