However, there is a problem with the elevator: The elevator needs to have a door stop button so we can finish uploading all items before the door closes on us because is dangerous for clients to keep on using our arms to hold on to the door and push the cart inside the elevator.

- The entrance area to the 10x20 unit I rented had ice covered asphalt everywhere. This was despite no snow in almost a week. It made it incredibly difficult and dangerous to unload and move items into the unit. In fact, I took a fall while carrying a load. To make matters worse, the lighting inside the unit did not work.

- The storage unit is great. WE have a climate controlled unit and the price is great. We have a password to get into the building and also the elevator so it is very secure. They have a lock you can get for the unit and there is also a place for you to put your on lock on it. You can go online to reserve to size unit you want and then go in when they contact you. The office staff is great and pleasant to deal with.

- We needed to store household goods as the house we're buying isn't ready. Wanted somewhere easy for van lines to deliver. Very wide driveways, easy access for semi-trucks. We tried to reserve our space and make initial payment over the phone because we were not in Denver. Couldn't do that. But because of a mix-up with the van lines we were able to get a storage unit rented before the van arrived. Ric was friendly and knew his business. Good experience so far. Do wish the company would consider exceptions to being present to retn, though. Four stars have to do with that pesky, inflexible corporate policy. Five stars would represent service at this location.
