- The overall experience was great, I do have a few concerns with the things that are going on in the facility after office hours. I observed a guy fixing his vehicle in the parking lot by the office as well as few guys just hanging out in the bay taking up a space with a uhaul. A huge concern is the fact that the security camera in the elevator is not even there, it has been taken off the mount above the door. During the day time ( office hours) the facility is very well secured, but once the office staff leave at 530pm the facility is quite sketchy and the feeling of being safe is not there. I would never go to my storage unit after hours(which is when I am available to go there) without someone else. So this brings up a concern because it now is inconvienient if for some reason I am unable to find someone to come with me. I am not sure if I am going to stay at this facility due to my concerns with safety.

- The facility is very clean woch surprised me for a facility of 30 years old. A testament to Crystal and the pride she puts forth ointo the facility. It is also free of people trying to live in their units wich seems to have kept unit theft at an almost non existent level.

- The facility Mgr was extremely welcoming, professional, helpful and kind. The new recruit did a great job on his 1st day and helped to make sure my pieces of furniture could clear the door. Great location as well. Wish I had found it in August so I would not have had to move from the previous location. The Co might want to chisel its advertising through other channels/platforms than the one I found it through this time, although WOM is best! :) To the facility and company: continue - great job and prices - will definitely recommend your facility. - Decent treatment. Wasn't sure what to expect to be honest. Reasonable price for the unit and good location for me is why I chose this storage. I was a little turned off by the "processing fee". I've worked in property management and I know "processing" is just a part of the job for getting customers, nothing out of the ordinary or unusual. So there should not be any extra charge for doing that. Also surprised and turned off by having to pay for using your special lock, not being able to use a lock I already had; can't use yours anywhere else, can't get money back for it when I'm done using the storage. My suggestion is lower your processing fee and either do not charge for your specialized lock or let people get a refund for turning in the lock. Thank you.
