- Decent treatment. Wasn't sure what to expect to be honest. Reasonable price for the unit and good location for me is why I chose this storage. I was a little turned off by the "processing fee". I've worked in property management and I know "processing" is just a part of the job for getting customers, nothing out of the ordinary or unusual. So there should not be any extra charge for doing that. Also surprised and turned off by having to pay for using your special lock, not being able to use a lock I already had; can't use yours anywhere else, can't get money back for it when I'm done using the storage. My suggestion is lower your processing fee and either do not charge for your specialized lock or let people get a refund for turning in the lock. Thank you.
