- The facility and the people thus far have been great. Moving in not as much fun and I am expecting the same moving out. The lower doors and elevator each have a 6 digit code you need to enter every time you need to use it, and you are not allowed to keep them open, which means you can only move very small loads at a time that you can fit on your cart and then you need to keep putting the codes in. This cost me an additional $300 in labor. Recommendation: for larger moves, allow to schedule a move-in / out to where the elevator and doors can be locked open to allow for a faster/smoother move process.

- I took possession of the unit on Friday even though I wasn't moving in until Sunday when I was able to hire moving help. The customer service rep opened the entrance gate for me on Friday because he said it might take a while for my access code to be activated. When I arrived on Sunday morning with my moving truck and help, the access code I was given on Friday was denied. Unfortunately, the office was closed. We attempted many times to access the facility before calling every phone number for the facility we could find and also left messages via texts and emails. Thankfully, staff showed up to let us in or we would have been out of luck since we were on deadline to return the rental truck and we only had the moving help for 2 hours. There was no explanation for why the code I was given Friday didn't work on Sunday. Hopefully, there are no more hitches! Otherwise the unit is clean and the facility is one of the best I've seen.

- Everything was great about the move-in to the storage unit except the elevator. The elevator door would rapidly close on you when loading the elevator. One person had to load the elevator while one person had to hold the door. This was very inefficient and frustrating. Just be prepared for this when using the elevator
