- This is an edited review because I was not aware that anyone would wrongfully get in trouble due to my review and my previous review was unnecessarily influenced by personal issues unrelated to my actual experience with the facility and the staff. The staff, especially Lisha the manager, have all been very kind and helpful to me especially through a very rough time in my life. I was a month late with paying my rent and they really worked with me to make sure I didn't lose all my belongings. For that I can't thank you enough. The only actual issue I had with this location was an issue with my light bulb not working and it's really not that big of a deal. As long as I know my stuff is safe that's all I can ask for, so thank you. And considering how big of a unit I have the price is very reasonable for a 10'x30' unit. I hope anyone who read my previous review reads this revised version and takes into consideration I never was writing to negatively influence anyone's thinking about the management or staff here. I'm very happy with my rental at this facility and the caring manager Lisha.

It's not the easiest place to find (initially) but it's convenient to both I-70 and Colorado Blvd. The units are in good shape and well-maintained. A big plus is the free use of their U-Haul van to move in. All-in all, one of the best storage options you'll find in Denver!

- Being rushed, we tried the Cubesmart on S Federal and Hampden, that facility was rundown, filthy, and priced to high. Within a week we moved are belongings to the Cubesmart on Hampden and Yosemite. It was like day compared to a nightmare, clean, very well managed, and reasonably priced.

- I showed up on time for my rental to start. The office hours were listed as 9-5 on a Saturday. Nobody was in the office, the doors were locked, nobody answered the phones. I went to my unit and it was incredibly dirty inside with trash along the walls. Also, I paid for a lock because that is required by Public Storage, and they are supposed to leave it in my unit. That did not happen. So I had to leave, go buy a lock, then fight with them to refund me for the lock that was never provided. Just find somewhere else.
