- I checked in and everyone was friendly, detailed, and organized. A refreshing level of professionalism for this industry. The unit is as expected and although it's on the 3rd floor was quite easy to access; I definitely appreciated the moving carts! Ask about the insurance... they made it seem required for insurance but my assets were significantly more than the insurance would cover and the monthly cost of the insurance isn't worth it if it isn't required. It also sounds like the insurance is only valid if you use/buy the specific lock from them, which was in fact less heavy duty than the one I own.
