Made reservation for unit at 8am, loaded up everything into my truck, got to office at 1pm to sign paperwork, and had everything loaded in my unit by 3pm. Super easy, staff was new so it took a bit of time to get set up, but they were nice and very thorough reviewing the policies and paper work with me. There were also large carts available to unload stuff from my truck to the unit on the second floor, made everything way easier!
