- I have yet to actually move my belongings in - I only "moved in" insomuch as I signed my lease, purchased a lock, and reviewed my storage space. However, the customer service experience was fantastic. I came in with my foot in a walking boot so Andrea kindly took me via golf cart to my space to check it out. She was friendly and courteous. The space is convenient and clean. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because of price. It's the most affordable space in the area for a 5x10 but it still seems pretty pricey to me. Not sure it's worth it for my non-value belongings but I'll maintain it anyway.

- Extra space is your basic storage site with climate controlled units. Clean, but an issue with the elevator on move in day had me carrying boxes up stairs. Access is required for the main sliding doors, but not on the outside stairs doors which kind of defeats the purpose of restricting access.

I contacted Ms. Tracey Roston who was patient and genuinely concerned, helpful and nice. She took time out of her schedule to ensure that all my needs were fulfilled. I can honestly say that Tracey and Molley are the most amazing individuals that I have come across. They go far above and beyond what is expected, ensuring that clients / customers are satisfied. I would strongly recommend this location for anyone needing a storage facility. You will be amazed at the kindness and prices are just great!
