- Indoor, climate-controlled unit is at the bottom of a hill where flooding concerns are greatest. Insurance is more expensive than expected (no tiered pricing) and cannot be declined no matter what is being stored. The unit seemed to have been swept before renting it. The pricing was the best we could find for now but had to drive 45 minutes from home to get this cheaper rate. Overall, we are satisfied because this will be long-term storage making the distance less of a factor. Will have to put some things up off the floor to protect ourselves against flooding concerns.
