- I don't often leave bad reviews, but I have had a horrible experience with this facility. I set aside the day to move in and after standing at the elevator for 15 minutes waiting for it to come down a moving truck employee told me that they had timed out the elevator unit by propping the door for too long and now neither of the elevators were working. Things happen and I understand that, but the attendant at the facility knew of the issue and did not put a sign out to let people know. Then when I saw her she said that she would call me when the issue was resolved. I never received a call. When moving stuff you set aside time and when you can't do the work everything is delayed. I cannot support anyone deciding to use this facility and I will likely cancel and use another facility in the area. I still have not been able to move in 5 days later because my weekend day set aside was OBE. No one has contacted me to make this right and I have not even installed the lock yet.

- We ordered a 10 by 10 unit, and the onsite manager first took us to a unit that was 9.5 feet wide, but only eight feet deep! There was no way that space would fit my belongings. Fortunately, after expressing my displeasure, the manager took us to a unit that was the correct size. He said sizes at this facility are approximates. Similarly, prices that are listed don't include the mandatory purchase of insurance that costs an additional $12 to $50 per month, or the $22 admin fee. The contract also includes a clause that they can make you move all your stuff within 30 days for any reason they choose; I don't know if this is standard.
