- I needed a LARGE STORAGE LOCKER IMMEDIATELY, because my two BR apartment at SKYLINE TOWERS had flooded. Plumbers and air dyers were throughout my unit. I needed to salvage everything that wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t damaged. My apartment was 1400 square feet. I described my urgency to Mr. Minor, and he spent precious time with me, a 76 year old Senior who lives alone. I highly recommend that Jesse Minor receive a monetary bonus.

- Overall I had a pretty good experience. The management turned over while I was renting, and the new managers were definitely a step up from the prior ones; I didn't have a lot of confidence in the people who were initially there to not lose paperwork, etc. But the people who seemed to be running the show when I left were on the ball. I used the facility to store a motorcycle, and there was some hassling around with providing proof of insurance in order to avoid an extra fee (for overpriced "insurance" that wouldn't have covered my cheap, old motorcycle anyway, its maximum was so low). I had to call my insurance company and have them fax a copy of my bike's policy (the simple proof-of-insurance card wasn't sufficient) to the facility, and then I STILL got hit with the fee "accidentally" and had to call the storage facility up and have it removed. It seemed pretty sketchy to me. But as I said, that was all under the original management, and they're gone now; hopefully it will be smoother in the future. I used it for winter storage so I moved my bike out in the spring and the move-out experience was fine. Chances are I'll be back to do the same thing next winter.

The contract setup was rushed as it was the end of the day and I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t realize my unit rental started that day - I assumed it started the first of the month and now Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ll be charged a prorated rate for days I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t need. The unit and overall location is excellent. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s clean, feels safe and secure.
