- To my fellow military folks do not waste your time renting a storage unit from this facility because there's hardly someone in the office and their customer service is horrible! I rented from this company for four years and when I first started to rent there was a property manager on the grounds and then when I moved out this past March it was virtually difficult to get assistance to close out the unit except on the day I moved out. Don't waste your money renting a unit from this facility!!!
