A little concerned that the security gate is not working - however I am assured my the manager who is very responsive - that they are working the issue. Would feel better about leaving my trailer there once the gate is properly functioning - as that is the main reason I chose to store it there - for security.

I cannot say enough about Anthony and his thoughtful, empathetic approach to customer service and pricing. I truly felt supported by him from the day I began the process of reserving to move-in. Highly recommend! My only issue is that I wish they had a moving van we could rent. More and more storage companies are doing this, and it would've made our move-in that much easier.
