- I was happy to get such a good deal, with one free month, which made up for the high admin fee of $22. The unit was clean, which is important to me. The manager was nice. The paperwork took awhile - wish I could've done that online. Also, I wish they offered less than the $5,000 insurance for $12. I only needed half that and would have liked to pay about $6. Overall - a good value.
