- Tried moving in the day of my move in time and got to the office a little before closing and i did feel bad because iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m never one to go into a place when they have 10 minutes till close, however i just had a question that wouldﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve taken about 30 seconds to answer. The lady at the desk wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t happy the second i walked in and told me they were closed even though 4 other people were standing there. I just told her I had a question about move in and that I had never done something like this before so a little guidance would be appreciated. The more i talked and asked my question she grew more frustrated with me. I ended up standing to the side while she took a phone call and searched through emails to find some code as i had not received anything on how to move in. I found some code on my paperwork and ended up just walking out because she didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t seem like she wanted to help me anymore. I had no clue what the code was for until another girl waiting in the office helped me. We figured out how to get through the gate on our own. Had to find the building on my own aswell but the place is very clean and iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m happy to be staying here, just wish i could get some help as a newcomer.

- On their website it said someone would be in the office until 6pm. I arrived at 5:20pm with a truck full of stuff to move in and there was no one at the facility. Storing the truck overnight, coming back the next day, etc, was quite a hassle. Signing up online was also a more complex process than it had to be. I submitted a lot of info through their online portal and then got a confirmation email, but when I followed the link to complete the reservation the website basically walked me through a long, drawn out process again where I had to pick another unit and provide the same information a second time. So the moving in process was frustrating, but the prices are very reasonable and the facility was very clean and accessible.

- Love the cold storage when you walk in and clean restrooms.. But what I don't like is the closing gates hours. They should expanded till midnight and have a local security on site. Other than that I would come back and get a storage.
