- Look, it's a safe place to store your things, the employees work hard, are clear and concise on their tours of the space and that's great--but a lot of the costs aren't optional and kinda pile up. I ended up never using my unit because I managed to find a place a week before I was set to move in and received no refund for any of it, ultimately making me feel mildly scammed by the whole operation. Places gotta make money somehow, I get it, I just came out of the experience feeling like I paid for a lock I didn't ask for and insurance I am required to purchase for a space I never used and that's not great.
