- This was the first time Iテ「竄ャ邃「ve ever used this company. From the very beginning, reserving my unit, online and communication I had up until my move-in date was excellent. The day I moved in I was impressed with the property in the cleanliness. The customer service is out of this world. I have never rented a unit that already had a lock in it. This company is all about making your moving experience stressless

- The first location I checked did not have a unit available (America, a nation of hoarders) however, Sam was very helpful. She made cost saving recommendations and offered to call another of their facilities to check availability. When she noticed my smartphone she suggested I go to the web page and helped as I checked availability and processed application online. It was an easy and user friendly experience. Once I arrived at the second location, Shay greeted me by name, explained the benefits, took me on a brief tour of the facility as well as made recommendations regarding keeping my items safe while in storage. The employees were professionals that go above and beyond to help you. I highly recommend public storage based on the clean facilities, Awesome people and good specials.

- very clean and Holly the manager was super nice.
I am just reaching out to her after being in hospice care for 65 days to see if I am still able to access my locker however so I am extremely hopefully that it is not to late and I am able to retrieve my belongings. Even if she were to hold them for collateral until I repay the past due month but my children's keep sakes are in there. I literally have lost my home, my job, the man I thought was going to be my life partner, as well as my sanity and dignity so I truly am hopeful that she will be willing to work with me to getting my things back so I am able to give them to my kids for their kids someday :/

- Chante was excellent at helping me finalize my move in to my unit!
It was easy to get to. My only problem came when the guys were moving my stuff. I had to sit at the automatic doors so they would not keep closing and lock them back out. I needed to ask if there is a system to keep the doors open while doing the move so that won’t happen again. If they can’t be made to stay open, then that is a problem. You do have to go in and out a lot and should not have to key in a code each time. Might just be I didn’t ask and then once moving in, just sat on the floor so it would stay open.

Finding and renting trusted self-storage facilities in Hopkins, South Carolina is now easier through MoversCorp. Compare options and rent storage near you with just a few clicks. We provide the convenience of reserving affordable storage units online or by phone. No credit card or long-term contract is required. Consider us as your solution for finding and reserving a storage facility throughout South Carolina, including options for mini storage units and storage containers to suit a variety of needs. The cheapest storage unit in your area may not always be the best choice. Please consider the following factors when selecting a storage unit in Hopkins, South Carolina.
- Monthly rates are based on features such as 24/7 access, climate control, facility security, location, and overall demand in your area.
- For household goods, the most common storage unit sizes are 5x5, 5x10, 10x10, and 10X15. For added flexibility, some companies also offer portable mini storage units for rent for temporary residential use that can be delivered to your property or hauled by you for on-site storage.
- Many facilities offer larger unit sizes for commercial and business storage, like 10x20 or 10x30. These sizes are ideal for storing office equipment, inventory, or business records. These sizes can also accommodate vehicles, making them a great option for car storage.
- Most storage facilities require insurance for stored items. If you don’t have your own policy, you may need to buy one through the facility, adding about $15 to $50 to your storage rental cost each month. Some places also charge a refundable deposit or an administrative fee when you move in. Always ask about these costs and refund conditions before signing a lease.
- Storage facilities with flexible leases allow you to rent on a month-to-month basis. Be aware that storage unit price increases are common. Many customers say their rates go up after a few months, sometimes more than once a year. Since storage rentals are month-to-month, facilities can raise prices with proper notice. Ask about potential rate increases before committing to a unit.
- The monthly rent will also depend on whether a facility offers climate-controlled units or only drive-up units. Climate-controlled units cost more than drive-up units or storage containers.
- Most locations have digital keypad access, which provides you with your personal access code. Check with the office for availability.
- Consider drive-up access for easier loading and unloading, especially for heavy or bulky items.
- Some facilities may provide extra room or rental space for public use, such as areas for organizing or handling your stored items. Contact the property manager to confirm availability.
- Check for online reviews and recommendations. Local experts can guide renters to facilities that stay available and maintain reliable service during peak demand.
- Ask the office about the preventive security measures for safeguarding the location. Facilities with experienced staff often maintain stronger daily oversight by monitoring access logs and responding quickly to tenant concerns.

What is the difference between an indoor and outdoor unit?
You have easy access to your unit when it is an outdoor unit. If the unit is indoors, you must first enter the building to get to it.
What is the difference between office hours and gate hours?
The property's operating hours are during office hours. The store manager will be on duty to help you with your questions. If you have questions or need help outside these hours, look up the property's phone number to contact the leasing office directly. The gate hours determine when you can enter the property and use your unit.
