- Chante was excellent at helping me finalize my move in to my unit! It was easy to get to. My only problem came when the guys were moving my stuff. I had to sit at the automatic doors so they would not keep closing and lock them back out. I needed to ask if there is a system to keep the doors open while doing the move so that won’t happen again. If they can’t be made to stay open, then that is a problem. You do have to go in and out a lot and should not have to key in a code each time. Might just be I didn’t ask and then once moving in, just sat on the floor so it would stay open.

- I live in Europe and sold a home in the US. We initially stored our furniture from the home in a non climate controlled facility because the home sold quick and we had to move. I talked to a lady from your facility about needing a unit and we were in europe could we do paperwork remotely and pay via credit card. She said this was not possible but suggested my daughter could come in and rent the unit for us and we could take the unit over when we came in town. When my daughter went to do this the young man at the facility said this was not possible and we would not be able to transfer the unit directly to us that there would have to be a 7 day waiting period and during that Time anyone besides us could rent the unit but we could not because we are family. My daughter then left without securing a unit. Then I spoke to Diedre with your company who said the same thing the First Lady said and said we would be able to transfer the unit directly to us without a 7 day period we would just have to pay all fees as if we just rented the unit. So it was a bit of a hassle and my daughter had to make two trips but ultimately it worked out. I guess the young man was just not educated. I face timed with him and my daughter when she went to the facility and he also kept calling her sweet heart which wasn't very professional. I wasn't offended nor was my daughter but it was odd in a professional setting. Anyway we did finally get it worked out.

- The first location I checked did not have a unit available (America, a nation of hoarders) however, Sam was very helpful. She made cost saving recommendations and offered to call another of their facilities to check availability. When she noticed my smartphone she suggested I go to the web page and helped as I checked availability and processed application online. It was an easy and user friendly experience. Once I arrived at the second location, Shay greeted me by name, explained the benefits, took me on a brief tour of the facility as well as made recommendations regarding keeping my items safe while in storage. The employees were professionals that go above and beyond to help you. I highly recommend public storage based on the clean facilities, Awesome people and good specials.
